(EN)A method for efficiently producing a target substance, said method comprising: culturing in a medium a coryneform bacterium, which has lowered or no activity, compared with a parent strain, of a PTS protein relating to fructose uptake and is capable of producing the target substance; thus producing and accumulating the target substance in the culture medium; and then harvesting the target substance from the culture medium.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire efficacement une substance cible et consistant à : mettre en culture dans un milieu une bactérie corynéforme, dont l'activité est réduite ou nulle par rapport à une souche parent, une protéine du système PTS associée à l'absorption du fructose et capable de produire la substance cible ; produire ainsi et accumuler la substance cible dans le milieu de culture ; et récolter la substance cible dans le milieu de culture.
(JA) 親株に比べフラクトースの取り込みに係るPTS系蛋白質の活性が低下、または喪失しており、かつ目的物質を生産することができるコリネ型細菌を培地に培養し、培養物中に該目的物質を生成蓄積させ、該培養物中から該目的物質を採取することにより、該目的物質を効率よく製造することができる。
