Abstract
(EN) An organic electroluminescent (EL) element which has high light emission efficiency and a long life and a biscarbazole derivative for achieving the same are provided by: a biscarbazole derivative having specific substituents which is represented by formula (1); and an organic EL element which has, between the cathode and the anode, multiple organic thin film layers including a light-emitting layer, wherein at least one of the organic thin film layers contains the biscarbazole derivative. In the formula, A1 and A2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 30 ring-forming carbon atoms, or the like; Y1 to Y16 are each independently C(R) or N, Rs being each independently a hydrogen atom or the like; and L1 and L2 are each independently a single bond or the like, with the proviso that A1 and/or A2 is substituted or unsubstituted benzofuranyl or the like.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dérivé de bis-carbazole représenté par la formule (1), lequel possède un groupe substituant spécifique. L'invention concerne également un élément électroluminescent organique, lequel possède plusieurs couches fines organiques comportant une couche émettrice de lumière et situées entre une cathode et une anode, et dans lequel, au moins une des couches fines organiques susmentionnées contient le dérivé de bis-carbazole. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un dérivé de bis-carbazole permettant d'obtenir un élément électroluminescent organique qui possède une efficience lumineuse élevée et une longue durée de vie. Dans la formule (1), A1 et A2 représentent chacun indépendamment un hydrocarbure aromatique substitué ou non substitué possédant de 6 à 30 atomes de carbone cycliques, Y1 à Y16 représentent chacun indépendamment C(R) ou N, R représente indépendamment des atomes d'hydrogène, et L1 ainsi que L2 représentent chacun indépendamment des liaisons simples. A condition qu'au moins un élément parmi A1, A2 et R soit un groupe benzofuranyle substitué ou non substitué.
