Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing; a filling material exerting excellent waterproofing effects and exhibiting excellent durability and high permeability; and a filling method. A filling material formed by combining: material (A) containing water, a dispersant, and a zirconia silica fume having an average particle size of 1.0 μm or less; and material (B) containing water, a dispersant, and a calcium compound having an average particle size of 1.0 μm or less. The calcium compound is formed from a calcium hydroxide, and the amount of dispersant used in terms of solid matter is 0.1 to 30 parts by mass or 1 to 30 parts by mass in relation to 100 parts by mass of the zirconia silica fume or the calcium compound. A method for producing said filling material, wherein a wet dispersing process or a wet grinding/dispersing process is performed by means of a grinder employing high-pressure water. A filling method for combining material (A) and material (B) by means of a one-shot method, a 1.5-shot method, or a two-shot method and for filling the ground with the combined materials.
(FR) L'invention concerne un coulis permettant d'obtenir une grande pénétrabilité, lequel possède d'excellentes caractéristiques d'arrêt d'égouttement et d'endurance, ainsi qu'une technique associée. Plus spécifiquement, ce coulis consiste en un mélange d'un ingrédient A contenant des fumées de silice dérivées de zircone dont le diamètre moyen de particules est inférieur ou égal à 1,0 μm, un dispersant et de l'eau et d'un ingrédient B contenant un composé de calcium dont le diamètre moyen de particules est inférieur ou égal à 1, 0 μm, un dispersant et de l'eau. Ce composant de calcium est un hydroxyde de calcium et la quantité de dispersant utilisée, pour 100 parties en poids des fumées de silice dérivées de zircone ou du composé de calcium, en terme de teneur en extraits secs, est de 0,1 à 30 parties en poids ou de 1 à 30 parties en poids. En outre, un procédé de fabrication de ce coulis consiste en un traitement de dispersion mouillée ou un traitement de dispersion/pulvérisation mouillée effectué au moyen d'une machine de pulvérisation mettant en oeuvre de l'eau sous haute pression.
(JA)  高い浸透性が得られ、優れた止水効果及び耐久性を有する注入材及び注入工法を提供することを課題とする。 平均粒径が1.0μm以下であるジルコニア起源のシリカフューム、分散剤、及び水を含有したA材と、平均粒径1.0μm以下のカルシウム化合物、分散剤、及び水を含有したB材とを混合したものからなる注入材であり、カルシウム化合物が、水酸化カルシウムである該注入材であり、分散剤の使用量が、ジルコニア起源のシリカフューム又はカルシウム化合物100質量部に対して、固形分換算で、0.1~30質量部又は1~30質量部である該注入材であり、湿式分散処理又は湿式粉砕分散処理が、高圧水を用いた粉砕機による処理である該注入材の製造方法であり、前記A材と前記B材とを、1ショット方式、1.5ショット方式、及び2ショット方式のいずれかの方式により混合し、地盤に注入する注入工法である。
