(EN)The claimed system represents an inventive solution for the industry and market of mobile telephones, with the aim of making it compulsory for the cellular telephone (4) to remain always "switched-off" when connected to the battery charger (2) or to the base (11) of a wireless telephone charger, connected or not to the power supply (1), thus eliminating any risks for the safety of the user (5) when the battery is recharged (8) in climate conditions of intense electrical discharge. For that purpose, the pin (3) of the battery charger (2) only needs to be connected to the connection socket (4b), and as long as this connection is maintained, the "switch-on" function of the on-off button (4a) is disabled. A remote safety system is provided that is independent of any proactive or reactive action by the user, such that when the cellular telephone (4) is in normal use, that is, disconnected from the charger, it is automatically switched off when adverse climate conditions are detected, so as not to attract lightning that could be fatal for the user.
(FR)La présente invention trouve une application dans l'industrie et le commerce d'appareils de téléphonie mobile dont l'objectif est de forcer l'appareil cellulaire (4) à toujours rester "éteint" lorsqu'il est connecté au chargeur de batterie (2), ou sur la base (11) d'un chargeur de téléphone sans fil, qu'il soit relié ou non au point d'énergie (1), ce qui permet de supprimer les risques en termes de sécurité de l'utilisateur (5), lorsque cette opération de recharge de batterie (8) se produit dans des conditions climatiques impliquant une grande décharge d'énergie. A cet effet, il suffit de maintenir la broche (3) du chargeur de batterie (2) connectée dans l'ouverture (4b) de connexion. Il est à noter que, pendant cette connexion, la fonction "allumer" du clavier allumer/éteindre (4a) reste désactivée. On prévoit un système de sécurité distant indépendant de l'action proactive ou réactive de l'utilisateur, de sorte que, lorsque l'appareil cellulaire (4) est en mode d'utilisation normale, c'est-à-dire déconnecté du chargeur, il est éteint automatiquement lors de la détection de mauvaises conditions climatiques, ce qui évite d'attirer des éclairs potentiellement mortels vers les utilisateurs.
(PT)representado por uma solução inventiva na indústria e comércio de aparelhos de telefonia móvel cujo objetivo reside em tornar mandatário que o aparelho celular (4) permaneça sempre "desligado" quando conectado ao carregador de bateria (2), ou na base (11) de um carregador de telefone sem fio, quer este esteja ou não ligado ao ponto de energia (1), eliminando assim riscos a segurança do usuário (5), quando esta operação de recarga de bateria (8) ocorre em condição climática de grande descarga de energia, sendo que para tal bastará manter o pino (3) do carregador de bateria (2) conectado na abertura (4b) de conexão, ressaltando que enquanto existir esta conexão a função "liga" da tecla liga/desliga (4a) fica desabilitada, onde é previsto um sistema de segurança remoto que independe da ação proativa ou reativa do usuário, de tal sorte que quando o aparelho celular (4) estiver em uso normal, ou seja, desconectado do carregador, este é desligado automaticamente quando detectar uma condição climática adversa, visando não atrair raios fatais para os usuários.
