Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to methods and compositions for determination of and uses of specific methylation patterns indicative of adenoma and carcinoma. In particular, the invention relates to analysis of defined CpG loci that are coordinately methylated in DNAs from cancer and adenoma samples, methods for identifying coordinately methylated loci, and methods of using analysis of coordinately methylated loci in one or more marker regions in the design of assays for adenoma and cancer.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pour la détermination, et l'utilisation de motifs spécifiques de méthylation indicateurs d'un adénome et d'un carcinome. En particulier, l'invention concerne l'analyse de loci CpG définis qui sont méthylés de manière coordonnée dans des ADN provenant d'échantillons cancéreux et d'adénome, des procédés d'identification de loci méthylés de façon coordonnée, et des procédés d'utilisation de l'analyse de loci méthylés de façon coordonnée dans une ou plusieurs régions marqueur dans la conception de dosages pour un adénome et un cancer.
