(EN)Provided is a solid electrolyte material which, while maintaining high oxygen ion conductivity, minimizes the discomposition of scandia caused by impurities such as silicon in the fuel gas, and improves intergranular strength in order to eliminate intergranular fracture caused by crystalline modification. The solid electrolyte material is a zirconia solid electrolyte material having scandia and a lanthanoid oxide and/or yttria dissolved therein, and has alumina further added thereto.
(FR)L'invention concerne une matière d'électrolyte solide qui, tout en maintenant une conductivité élevé d'ions oxygène, réduit au minimum l'extraction d'oxyde de scandium provoquée par des impuretés telles que le silicium dans le gaz combustible, et améliore une résistance intergranulaire afin d'éliminer une fracture intergranulaire provoquée par une modification cristalline. La matière d'électrolyte solide est une matière d'électrolyte solide de zircone ayant de l'oxyde de scandium et un oxyde de lanthanoïde et/ou de l'oxyde de l'yttrium dissous dans celle-ci, et a en outre de l'alumine ajoutée à celle-ci.
