Abstract:
(EN) The invention concerns a nanosensor for capturing charged molecules, the nanosensor comprising : - a functionalized radio grafted track-etched membrane (FRTEM) which contains polymer nanopores, - a first electrode arranged on a first side of the functionalized radio grafted track-etched membrane (FRTEM), the first electrode being designed to serve as a working electrode for an in situ stripping voltammetry technique, - a second electrode arranged on a second side of the functionalized radio grafted track-etched membrane (FRTEM), the second electrode being designed to serve as a counter electrode for an in situ stripping voltammetry technique.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un nanocapteur pour la capture de molécules chargées, le nanocapteur comprenant : une membrane fonctionnalisée radiogreffée à traces attaquées (FRTEM) qui contient des nanopores de polymère, une première électrode disposée sur un premier côté de la membrane fonctionnalisée radiogreffée à traces attaquées (FRTEM), la première électrode étant conçue pour servir d'électrodes de travail pour une technique de voltampérométrie cyclique inverse, et une seconde électrode disposée sur un second côté de la membrane fonctionnalisée radiogreffée à traces attaquées (FRTEM), la seconde électrode étant conçue pour servir de contre-électrode pour une technique de voltampérométrie cyclique inverse in situ.
