(EN)A method of forming a forward osmosis membrane having a porous substrate and a rejection layer is provided. The method comprises a) forming a thin film of a polymer solution on a suitable substrate, wherein the polymer solution contains at least one polymer and optionally one or more additives in a suitable solvent, b) immersing the thin film in a coagulant bath to form the porous substrate; and c) forming a rejection layer on the porous substrate. A forward osmosis membrane is also provided.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une membrane d'osmose directe comportant un substrat poreux et une couche d'arrêt. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant a) à déposer une couche mince d'une solution polymère sur un substrat adapté, ladite solution polymère contenant au moins un polymère et éventuellement un ou plusieurs additifs dans un solvant adapté, b) à immerger ladite couche mince dans un bain coagulant pour obtenir ledit substrat poreux ; et c) à déposer une couche d'arrêt sur le substrat poreux. L'invention concerne également une membrane d'osmose directe.
