(EN)The present invention relates to a method wherein a cell cycle is measured by means of electrochemical signals, by making use of the property whereby different types of cell lines exhibit different electrochemical signals, wherein there is a high degree of sensitivity and measurements are taken effectively and rapidly. A capture that binds specifically to a cell membrane protein is made to bind to a substrate, and this is made to bind to a cell membrane protein which is a counter-partner that binds with the capture, and the redox potential is measured such that the cell cycle can be measured with a high degree of sensitivity in a relatively convenient fashion. Another aim of the present invention is to provide a screening method which makes use of the method for measuring the redox potential in such a way as to ascertain whether the administration of a drug, a reagent or the like affects the cell cycle; and afterwards it is possible to take measurements in a way which is rapid and effective when ascertaining whether an anticancer candidate substance affects the cell cycle.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé dans lequel un cycle cellulaire est mesuré au moyen de signaux électrochimiques, en utilisant la propriété selon laquelle différents types de lignées cellulaires présentent différents signaux électrochimiques, où il existe un degré élevé de sensibilité et où les mesures sont prises efficacement et rapidement. Un élément de capture qui se lie spécifiquement à une protéine de membrane cellulaire est amené à se lier à un substrat, et ceci est fait pour se lier à une protéine de membrane cellulaire qui est un contre-partenaire qui se lie à l'élément de capture, et le potentiel d'oxydoréduction est mesuré de sorte que le cycle cellulaire puisse être mesuré à sensibilité élevé d'une façon relativement pratique. Un autre objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de criblage qui utilise le procédé de mesure du potentiel d'oxydoréduction d'une façon permettant de vérifier si l'administration d'un médicament, d'un réactif ou similaire affecte le cycle cellulaire; puis il est possible de prendre des mesures d'une façon qui est rapide et efficace lorsque l'on vérifie si une substance candidate anticancéreuse affecte le cycle cellulaire.
(KO)본 발명은 세포주 종류에 따라 각기 다른 전기화학적 신호를 보이는 성질을 이용하여 세포 주기를 전기화학적 신호로 측정하되 높은 감도를 가지며 효율적이고 신속히 측정하는 방법과 관련된다. 세포막 단백질에 특이적으로 결합하는 캡처(capture)를 기판에 결합시키고, 이를 캡처와 결합하는 카운터파트너인 세포막 단백질과 결합시키고, 산화환원 전위를 측정하여 세포 주기를 보다 편리한 방식으로 높은 민감도로 측정할 수 있게 된다. 본 발명의 다른 목적은 산화환원(redox) 전위를 측정하는 방법을 이용하여 약물, 시약 등을 투여하였을 때 세포 주기에 영향을 끼치는지 여부를 확인하는 스크리닝 방법을 제공하는데 있으며 이후 항암제 후보물질이 세포 주기에 영향을 주는지 확인하는데 신속하고, 효율적으로 측정할 수 있다.
