According to the present invention, the composition for detecting proteins containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial enables convenient and rapid diagnosis of various diseases since tyrosine oxide, which is a natural dye present in the body, is coupled to a biomaterial, and the tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial is coupled to a protein to allow the color of the protein to be easily ascertained with the naked eye or through a microscope. Therefore, it is possible to conveniently and rapidly diagnose various diseases in real time in an operation room using the composition for detecting proteins of the present invention, and to replace conventional histological analysis by the composition since there is no need for a secondary antibody reaction and a final color reaction.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une composition permettant de détecter des protéines contenant un biomatériau couplé à un oxyde de tyrosine. Selon la présente invention, la composition de détection de protéines contenant un biomatériau couplé à un oxyde de tyrosine permet un diagnostic pratique et rapide de plusieurs maladies puisque l'oxyde de tyrosine, qui est un colorant naturel présent dans l'organisme, est couplé à un biomatériau, et que le matériau couplé à l'oxyde de tyrosine est couplé à une protéine pour permettre la reconnaissance aisée de la couleur de la protéine à l'œil nu ou au microscope. Par conséquent, il est possible de diagnostiquer de façon pratique et rapide diverses maladies en temps réel dans une salle d'opération à l'aide de la composition de détection de protéines de la présente invention, et de remplacer l'analyse histologique classique par la composition puisque ni réaction par anticorps secondaire ni réaction de couleur finale n'est nécessaire.
(KO)본 발명은 티로신 산화물이 결합된 바이오 물질을 포함하는 단백질 검출용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 티로신 산화물이 결합된 바이오 물질을 포함하는 단백질 검출용 조성물은 생체 내에 존재하는 천연 색소인 티로신 산화물을 바이오 물질에 결합하고, 상기 티로신 산화물이 결합된 바이오 물질을 단백질과 결합하여 단백질의 색상을 육안 또는 광학현미경으로 쉽게 확인함으로써, 다양한 질병을 간편하고 빠르게 진단할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 단백질 검출용 조성물은 수술장 내에서도 간편하고 빠르게 실시간으로 각종 질병을 진단할 수 있으며, 2차 항체 반응 및 최종 발색 단계가 필요 없어 기존의 조직검사법을 유용하게 대체할 수 있다.
