(EN)The present invention relates to an electroactive polymer oscillator for dissolving blood clots, comprising: a pillar-shaped electroactive polymer laminate; a plurality of electrode coating layers disposed on a portion of the surface of the pillar-shaped laminate; and a capsule layer for encapsulating the electrode coating layers. The electroactive polymer oscillator in accordance with the present invention can be used in a small blood vessel such as a cerebral blood vessel, can minimize the generation of side effects such as blood vessel damage, can be used while injecting medicine, can minimize the amount of a blood clot-dissolving agent that is administrated to decrease the danger of bleeding due to drugs, can maximize the dissolving efficiency of the blood clot, and can ensure biosafety by means of encapsulating the oscillator using a material having biocompatibility with respect to blood and which is stable in vivo. Using a method for pulverizing blood clots by inserting an active catheter including the electroactive polymer oscillator according to the present invention, and by applying a current to oscillate the polymer oscillator, a combination of mechanical and medical effects can be obtained to increase the permeation of drugs into the blood clot.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un oscillateur à polymère électroactif pour dissoudre des caillots sanguins, comprenant : un laminé de polymère électroactif en forme de colonne ; une pluralité de couches de revêtement d'électrode disposées sur une partie de la surface du laminé en forme de colonne ; et une couche de capsule pour encapsuler les couches de revêtement d'électrode. L'oscillateur à polymère électroactif selon la présente invention peut être utilisé dans un petit vaisseau sanguin tel qu'un vaisseau sanguin cérébral, peut réduire au minimum la génération d'effets secondaires tels que des dommages des vaisseaux sanguins, peut être utilisé pendant l'injection d'un médicament, peut réduire au minimum la quantité d'un agent de dissolution de caillot sanguin qui est administré pour diminuer le risque d'hémorragie due aux médicaments, peut maximiser l'efficacité de dissolution du caillot sanguin, et peut assurer la biosécurité au moyen de l'encapsulation de l'oscillateur en utilisant un matériau ayant une biocompatibilité vis-à-vis du sang et qui est stable in vivo. En utilisant un procédé pour pulvériser des caillots sanguins par insertion d'un cathéter actif comprenant l'oscillateur à polymère électroactif selon la présente invention, et en appliquant un courant pour faire osciller l'oscillateur à polymère, une combinaison d'effets mécaniques et médicaux peut être obtenue pour augmenter la perméation de médicaments dans le caillot sanguin.
(KO)본 발명은 혈전용해 용도의 전기활성 고분자 진동자에 관한 것으로서, 기둥형 전기활성 고분자 적층물, 상기 기둥형 적층물의 표면의 일부에 존재하는 복수개의 전극 코팅층 및 상기 고분자 적층물과 상기 전극 코팅층을 캡슐화하는 캘슐층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 본 발명에 따른 전기활성 고분자 진동자는 뇌혈관 등 소형 혈관에 적용이 가능하고, 혈관 손상 등의 부작용을 최소화할 수 있고, 약물 주입과 병행 사용할 수 있으며 혈전용해제의 투여량을 최소화 할 수 있어 약물에 의한 출혈의 위험성을 감소시키고, 혈전 용해 효율을 극대화할 수 있고, 진동자를 혈액 적합성 및 생체내 안정적인 소재로 캡슐화하여 생체 안전성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 전기활성 고분자 진동자를 포함하는 능동형 카테터를 이용하여 혈전 내에 삽입하고 전류를 가하여 고분자 진동자를 진동시킴으로 혈전을 분쇄하는 방법은 기계적 효과와 함께 약물 주입을 동시에 하여 혈전 내부로 약물 침투를 증가시키는 복합적 효과가 있다.
