(EN)The present invention was developed from the discovery of a microorganism for synthesizing high-molecular-weight PHA and a method for producing high molecular weight PHA at a productivity of at least 100 g/L by controlling, at 0.1 U/mg-protein or lower, the specific activity of PHA synthase in the cells of a microorganism belonging to the genus Cupriavidus, which is able to produce PHA. The use of this microorganism and this method makes it possible to efficiently produce PHA of a weight-average molecular weight of at least 4,000,000 on an industrial scale.
(FR)L'invention concerne un microorganisme qui permet de synthétiser PHA à poids moléculaire élevé et un procédé permettant de produire PHA à poids moléculaire élevé à une productivité d'au moins 100 g/L en régulant, à au maximum 0,1 U/mg de protéine, l'activité spécifique de PHA synthase dans les cellules d'un microorganisme appartenant au genre Cupriavidus, capable de produire PHA. L'utilisation de ce microorganisme et ce procédé permettent de produire efficacement PHA d'un poids moléculaire moyen élevé d'au moins 4 000 000 à l'échelle industrielle.
(JA) PHAを生産可能なCupriavidus属微生物の細胞中のPHA合成酵素の比活性を0.1U/mg-protein以下に制御することにより、100g/L以上の生産性にて、高分子量のPHAを合成する微生物及び高分子のPHAの製造方法を見出し、本発明を完成させた。この微生物及び方法を用いることにより重量平均分子量400万以上のPHAを工業的に効率よく生産することができる。
