The present invention relates to a method for producing 2-furaldehyde, in which raw sugar having hexose as a constituent component is heated in the presence of a solid acid catalyst while in an aprotic polar solvent.
(FR)L'invention concerne le problème de fournir un procédé permettant de minimiser la corrosion d'un dispositif réacteur et de réduire les déchets dans la production de 2-furaldéhyde à partir du sucre brut qui comporte de l'hexose comme composant constitutif ; elle concerne également le problème de fournir un procédé permettant de produire 2-furaldéhyde qui minimise la diminution au niveau de l'activité d'un catalyseur dans le cas où un catalyseur acide est utilisé, qui a un plus grand rendement et qui est avantageux au plan industriel. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production de 2-furaldéhyde, dans lequel le sucre brut ayant l'hexose comme composant constitutif est chauffé en présence d'un catalyseur acide solide alors qu'il est dans un solvant polaire aprotique.
