(EN)A method for synthesizing a compound according to one mode of the present invention is represented by reaction formula (1). A polymer compound or a cyclic compound can be synthesized by subjecting the starting materials, which are a multifunctional cyanated compound and an alkyne multimer molecule, to a thermal addition reaction.
