(EN)A radiation image acquisition device is provided with a radiation source which emits irradiation, a tabular wavelength conversion member which generates scintillation light in response to the incidence of radiation emitted from the radiation source and transmitted through an object, a first imaging means for capturing images by collecting scintillation light emitted from the radiation incident surface of the wavelength conversion member in the direction normal to said incident surface, and a second imaging means for capturing images by collecting scintillation light emitted from the surface opposite the incident surface of the wavelength conversion member from a direction normal to said opposite surface.
