(EN)The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for efficiently controlling inter-cell interference power in a wireless communication system. According to the present invention, a measurement method to be performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the following steps: receiving, from a base station, an RRC connection reestablishment message containing pattern information for measuring a serving cell or an adjacent cell; measuring, for an object to be measured indicated by said RRC reestablishment message, the serving cell or adjacent cell using the pattern information; and reporting the result of the measurement to the base station.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour une régulation efficace de la puissance de brouillage intercellulaire dans un système de communication sans fil. Selon cette invention, un procédé de mesure destiné à être réalisé par un terminal dans un système de communication sans fil comprend : la réception, en provenance d'une station de base, d'un message de rétablissement de connexion RRC contenant des informations de motif pour mesurer une cellule de desserte ou une cellule proche; la mesure, pour un objet à mesurer indiqué par ledit message de rétablissement de connexion RRC, de la cellule de desserte ou de la cellule voisine au moyen des informations de motif; et la communication du résultat de la mesure à la station de base.
