(EN)The present invention relates to a two-photon fluorescent probe, and more particularly, to a two-photon fluorescent probe, to a method for manufacturing the two-photon fluorescent probe, and to a method for imaging zinc ions within a mitochondrion using the two-photon fluorescent probe. The two-photon fluorescent probe according to the present invention injects two probes into one molecule to selectively dye the mitochondrion and also to react with zinc ions, thereby generating intense fluorescence. Thus, the distribution and activation of the zinc ions within a mitochondrion in a living cell or soft biological tissue may be imaged.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur une sonde fluorescente à deux photons et, plus particulièrement, sur une sonde fluorescente à deux photons, sur un procédé pour la fabrication de la sonde fluorescente à deux photons et sur un procédé pour l'imagerie d'ions zinc à l'intérieur d'une mitochondrie utilisant la sonde fluorescente à deux photons. La sonde fluorescente à deux photons selon la présente invention injecte deux sondes en une molécule pour colorer sélectivement la mitochondrie et également pour réagir avec les ions zinc, ce qui produit de cette manière une fluorescence intense. Ainsi, la répartition et l'activation des ions zinc à l'intérieur d'une mitochondrie dans une cellule vivante ou un tissu biologique mou vivant peuvent être imagées.
(KO)본 발명은 이광자 형광 프로브에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 이광자 형광 프로브, 그 제조 방법 및 이를 이용한 미토콘드리아 내 아연 이온을 이미징 하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 이광자 형광 프로브는 한 분자 내에 두 개의 탐침을 도입시킴으로서 미토콘드리아에 선택적으로 염색됨과 동시에 아연 이온과 반응하여 강한 형광을 나타내며, 생체 세포 또는 온건한 생체 조직에서 미토콘드리아 내부의 아연 이온의 분포 및 활성을 이미징할 수 있다.
