Abstract
(EN) The present invention addresses the problem of providing an impregnation-coating type washi masking tape base material which makes masking tape more easily stretchable and improves conformability, and prevents tearing of the tape by means of sufficient tear strength without the use of synthetic fibers. Extensive studies have resulted in perfection of the present invention by achievement of a tape base which solves the problem of the present invention by using machine-made washi paper in which kraft pulp is added to 10-70 weight% mercerized softwood pulp. The present invention is capable of achieving improved conformability of the base material and sufficient tear strength of the masking tape without the conventional use of synthetic fibers which are stretchable but prone to bonding. If no synthetic fibers are used, the invention is capable of achieving homogenous washi paper in which bonding due to synthetic fibers is avoided. Although adding synthetic fibers to washi paper is undesirable, a small amount may be added in order to achieve a higher tear strength.
(FR) L'invention a pour objectif de fournir un matériau de base de bande de blocage de papier japonais de type revêtu par imprégnation qui permet d'améliorer les propriétés de suivi par un étirement de la bande de blocage plus aisé, et également d'empêcher la rupture de la bande par une résistance au déchirement suffisante, y compris sans mise en œuvre de fibres synthétiques. Pour cela, des recherches assidues ont permis de démontrer qu'il est possible d'obtenir un matériau de base de bande atteignant l'objectif par mise en œuvre d'un papier japonais produit mécaniquement dans lequel une pâte kraft est mélangée à 10 à 70% en masse d'une pâte de bois résineux mercerisée. Ainsi, il est possible d'améliorer les propriétés de suivi du matériau de base, et il est en outre possible d'obtenir une résistance au déchirement de la bande de blocage suffisante, y compris sans mise en œuvre de fibres synthétiques qui facilitent la production d'une unité favorisant l'étirement comme dans l'art antérieur. Par ailleurs, il est possible d'éviter une unité à l'aide de fibres synthétiques qui exige la mise en œuvre de ces dernières, et d'obtenir un papier japonais uniforme. Il est préférable de ne pas mélanger de fibres synthétiques au papier japonais, cependant ces dernières peuvent être mélangées en petites quantité afin d'obtenir une résistance au déchirement plus élevée.
(JA) 本発明は、合成繊維を使用しなくても、マスキングテープを伸び易くして追従性を改善し、かつ十分な引き裂き強度によってテープ切れを防止できる含浸塗工タイプ和紙マスキングテープ基材を提供することを課題とする。 鋭意研究の結果、10~70重量%のマーセル化針葉樹パルプにクラフトパルプを配合した機械抄き和紙を用いることで、課題を解決したテープ基材を得ることができ、本発明を完成するに至った。従来のように伸び易いが結束を発生し易い合成繊維を用いなくても、基材の追従性を向上でき、さらに、十分なマスキングテープの引き裂き強度を得ることができる。合成繊維を使用しなければ合成繊維による結束を回避でき均質な和紙を得ることができる。和紙には合成繊維を配合しないことが望ましいが、より高い引き裂き強度を得るために少量であれば合成繊維を配合しても良い。
