Abstract:
(EN) This technology relates to a data-processing device and data-processing method having increased tolerance for data errors. With an LDPC code mapped to 16 signal points, said LDPC code having a block size of 16,200 bits and a code rate of 7/15, a demultiplexer performs the following rearrangement, with "bi" representing the (i+1)th of 4×2 code bits and "yi" representing the (i+1)th of 4×2 symbol bits for two consecutive symbols, counting in both cases from the most significant bit: b0 to y0, b1 to y2, b2 to y6, b3 to y3, b4 to y4, b5 to y1, b6 to y5, and b7 to y7. The present invention can be applied, for example, to a transmission system for transmitting LDPC codes.
(FR) La technologie de la présente invention porte sur un dispositif de traitement de données et un procédé de traitement de données ayant une tolérance accrue aux erreurs de données. A l'aide d'un code LDPC mappé à 16 points de signal, ledit code LDPC ayant une taille de bloc de 16 200 bits et un rendement de codage de 7/15, un démultiplexeur effectue le réagencement suivant, « bi » représentant le (i+1)ième bit de 4×2 bits de code et « yi » représentant le (i+1)ième bit de 4×2 bits de symbole pour deux symboles consécutifs, en comptant dans les deux cas à partir du bit de poids le plus fort : de b0 à y0, de b1 à y2, de b2 à y6, de b3 à y3, de b4 à y4, de b5 à y1, de b6 à y5 et de b7 à y7. La présente invention peut être appliquée, par exemple, à un système de transmission servant à transmettre des codes LDPC.
