(EN)Provided is a method for inducing an anti-apoptosis effect and/or an anti-necrosis effect in a living cell in a simple manner and with good regulation performance without requiring the administration of any drug. An alternating-current voltage is applied to a living cell in such a manner that a current of 25 to 75 μA inclusive can flow, whereby an anti-apoptosis effect and/or an anti-necrosis effect can be induced in the living cell. The living cell to be used may be a cell in culture. The alternating-current voltage may apply to a loading member on which a container including the living cell is mounted.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé permettant d'induire un effet anti-apoptotique et/ou un effet anti-nécrotique dans une cellule vivante de manière simple et à une bonne performance de régulation sans recourir à l'administration d'un quelconque médicament. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, une tension alternative est appliquée à une cellule vivante de façon qu'un courant de 25 à 75 μA inclus puisse circuler, induisant ce faisant un effet anti-apoptotique et/ou un effet anti-nécrotique dans la cellule vivante. La cellule vivante utilisée peut être une cellule en culture. La tension alternative peut être appliquée à un élément de chargement sur lequel un récipient contenant la cellule vivante est monté.
