Abstract:
(EN) A 3D-imaging device comprises a light transmission unit (2) having m (m is an integer of 2 or more) transmission regions with mutually different wavelength dependent transmission factors, a solid imaging element (1), and an image formation unit (3) for forming an image on an imaging surface (1a) of the solid imaging element (1). The solid imaging element (1) is composed of a plurality of unit elements, and each unit element includes n (n is an integer of no less than m) light sensitive cells, and n transmission filters facing the light sensitive cells. The wavelength dependent transmission factors of the n transmission filters are mutually different. When the wavelength is λ, the transmission factors for the transmission regions (C1,C2), respectively, are Tc1(λ) and Tc2(λ), the transmission factors for the two transmission filters are Td1(λ) and Td2(λ), and the entire wavelength band for visual light is the interval of integration, ∫Tc1(λ)Td1(λ)dλ>0, ∫Tc1(λ)Td2(λ)dλ>0, ∫Tc2(λ)Td1(λ)dλ>0, ∫Tc2(λ)Td2(λ)dλ>0, and ∫Tc1(λ)Td1(λ)dλ∫Tc2(λ)Td2(λ)dλ≠∫Tc2(λ)Td1(λ)dλ∫Tc1(λ)Td2(λ)dλ are satisfied.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'imagerie en 3D comprenant : un module de transmission de lumière (2) ayant m régions de transmission (m étant un nombre entier égal à 2 ou plus) qui ont des facteurs de transmission différents les unes par rapport aux autres, ces facteurs de transmission étant fonction de la longueur d'onde ; un élément imageur à semi-conducteur (1) ; et un module de formation d'image (3) adapté pour former une image sur une surface d'imagerie (1a) de l'élément imageur à semi-conducteur (1). L'élément imageur à semi-conducteur (1) comprend une pluralité d'éléments unitaires, chaque élément unitaire comprenant n cellules sensibles à la lumière (n étant un nombre entier de pas moins de m) et n filtres de transmission qui font face aux cellules sensibles à la lumière.
