(EN)The present invention provides sets of biomarkers for tularaemia comprising one or more proteins selected from the group consisting of: dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase component of 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, 50S ribosomal protein L7/L12, 30S ribosomal protein S1, DNA-directed RNA polymerase alpha subunit, Acetyl-CoA carboxylase, Outer membrane associated protein FopA, Peroxidase/catalase, Chaperone protein DnaK, Pyruvate dehydrogenase E2 component, Chaperone protein groEL, Hypothetical membrane protein, and any combination thereof, and their use as correlates of protection and for evaluating vaccine efficacy.
(FR)L'invention concerne des ensembles de biomarqueurs de la tularémie, qui comprennent une ou plusieurs protéines sélectionnées dans le groupe constitué par: un composant de la dihydrolipoamide succinyltransférase du complexe 2-oxoglutarate déshydrogénase, la protéine ribosomale 50S L7/L12, la protéine ribosomale 30S S1, une sous-unité alpha d'ARN polymérase ADN dépendante, l'acétyl-CoA carboxylase, la protéine de membrane externe FopA, la peroxidase/catalase, la protéine chaperon DnaK, un composant de la pyruvate déshydrogénase E2, la protéine chaperon groEL, une protéine membranaire hypothétique et toute combinaison de ces protéines.
