(EN)The present invention relates to a method for in vitro determining generation of a haemostatis factor such as thrombin and/or plasmin in a test sample using a chemiluminescent substrate specific for said blood clotting factor. Upon cleavage of the substrate, a luminescent signal is generated via aminoluceferin with the aid of a luciferase. The invention also relates to a kit for in vitro determining generation of a haemostasis factor in a test sample, and to novel chemiluminescent substrates for the determination of thrombin and plasmin.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la détermination in vitro de la génération d'un facteur hémostatique tel que la thrombine et/ou la plasmine dans un échantillon test utilisant un substrat chimioluminescent spécifique audit facteur de coagulation sanguine. Lors du clivage du substrat, un signal luminescent est généré via une aminoluciférine à l'aide d'une luciférase. L'invention concerne également un kit pour la détermination in vitro de la génération d'un facteur hémostatique dans un échantillon test, et de nouveaux substrats chimioluminescents pour la détermination de la thrombine et de la plasmine.
