(EN)The present invention relates to a biological treatment method for sewage and wastewater, tannery wastewater and livestock manure, and, more particularly, relates to a biological treatment method and a waste-water treatment agent for refractory wastewater, whereby not only is it possible to treat refractory wastewater biologically without any physical/chemical pre-processing but it is also possible to reduce the occurrence of the odours and the sludge which occur in the process of wastewater treatment. The biological treatment method for refractory wastewater of the present invention comprises: a step of producing a complex microbial liquid by maintaining, at between 15 and 28°C, a complex microbial liquid obtained by mixing between 0.01 and 1 percent by weight of mixed microorganisms BM-S-1 (Repository Deposit No. KCTC 11789BP), between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of powdered chaff, between 0.1 and 1 percent by weight of powdered peat moss, between 1 and 5 percent by weight of molasses, between 0.01 and 1 percent by weight of shiitake mushroom waste wood dust and between 92 and 98 percent by weight of water; a mixed stock production step entailing the mixing of from 50 to 95 percent by weight of a culture stock with from 5 to 50 percent by weight of the complex microbial liquid; a high-temperature inoculation step in which from 0.01 to 1 part by weight of mixed microorganisms (BM-S-1) is inoculated into 100 parts by weight of the mixed stock, under high-temperature conditions of between 65°C to 85°C; a culturing step involving culturing of the mixed stock that has undergone the high-temperature inoculation; a drying step in which the cultured mixed stock is dried; a microbial starting broth production step in which the dried mixed stock is cultured in the liquid state; and a microbe activation step in which the microbe population is multiplied in order to introduce the microbial starting broth, that has undergone the microbial starting broth production step, into wastewater.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement biologique des eaux d'égout et des eaux usées, des eaux usées de tannerie et du fumier, et, plus particulièrement, concerne un procédé de traitement biologique et un agent de traitement d'eaux usées pour des eaux usées réfractaires, par lequel non seulement il est possible de traiter biologiquement des eaux usées réfractaires sans aucun prétraitement physique/chimique mais il est également possible de réduire l'apparition des odeurs et de la boue qui sont générées dans le procédé de traitement d'eaux usées. Le procédé de traitement biologique d'eaux usées réfractaires de la présente invention comprend : une étape de production d'un liquide microbien complexe par le maintien, entre 15 et 28°C, d'un liquide microbien complexe obtenu par le mélange d'entre 0,01 et 1 pourcent en poids de microorganismes mixtes BM-S-1 (n° de dépôt KCTC 11789BP), d'entre 0,1 et 1 pourcent en poids de poudre de paillette, d'entre 0,1 et 1 pourcent en poids de tourbe mousseuse pulvérulante, d'entre 1 et 5 pourcent en poids de mélasse, d'entre 0,01 et 1 pourcent en poids de poussière de déchets ligneux de champignon shiitaké et d'entre 92 et 98 pourcent en poids d'eau; une étape de production de stock mixte mettant en jeu le mélange de 50 à 95 % en poids d'un stock de culture avec 5 à 50 % en poids du liquide microbien complexe; une étape d'inoculation à température élevée dans laquelle de 0,01 à 1 partie en poids de microorganismes mixtes (BM-S-1) est inoculée dans 100 parties en poids du stock mixte, dans des conditions de température élevée entre 65°C et 85°C; une étape de culture mettant en jeu la culture du stock mélangé qui a été soumis à l'inoculation à température élevée; une étape de séchage dans laquelle le stock mixte mis en culture est séché; une étape de production de bouillon microbien initial dans laquelle le stock mixte séché est mis en culture à l'état liquide; et une étape d'activation microbienne dans laquelle la population microbienne est multipliée afin d'introduire le bouillon microbien initial qui a été soumis à l'étape de production de bouillon microbien initial, dans des eaux usées.
(KO)본 발명은 하,폐수, 피혁폐수 및 축산분뇨의 생물학적 처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 난분해성 폐수를 물리·화학적으로 전처리를 거치지 않고 생물학적으로 처리할 수 있도록 함은 물론 폐수처리과정에서 발생하는 각종 악취 및 슬러지의 발생도 저감시킬 수 있도록 하는 난분해성 폐수의 생물학적 처리방법 및 폐수 처리제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 난분해성 난분해성 폐수의 생물학적 처리 방법은 혼합 미생물 BM-S-1(기탁번호 KCTC 11789BP) 0.01∼1 중량%, 분말왕겨 0.1∼1중량%, 분말피트모스 0.1∼1중량%, 당밀 1∼5중량%, 표고버섯 폐목가루 0.01∼1중량% 및 물 92∼98중량% 를 혼합한 복합 미생물 액제를 15∼28℃로 유지하며 복합 미생물 액제를 제조하는 단계; 배양원료 50 내지 95중량% 및 상기 복합 미생물 액제 5 내지 50중량%를 혼합하여 구성하는 혼합원료 제조단계; 65℃ ~ 85℃의 고온의 조건에서, 상기 혼합원료 100중량부에 대해 혼합 미생물(BM-S-1) 0.01 내지 1 중량부를 접종하는 고온 접종단계; 상기 고온 접종된 혼합원료를 배양하는 배양단계; 상기 배양된 혼합원료를 건조하는 건조단계; 상기 건조된 혼합원료를 액제상태로 배양하는 미생물원액 제조단계; 및 상기 미생물원액 제조단계를 거친 미생물원액을 폐수에 투입하기 위해 미생물 개체수를 증식시키고 활성화시키는 미생물활성단계;를 포함한다.
