(EN)An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method for controlling high-intensity focused ultrasound by using a frequency change, and a high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment device for same. An embodiment of the present invention relates to a high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment device including: an ultrasound generating unit for transmitting high-intensity ultrasound to a specific region of a target; a transceiving unit for transmitting ultrasound for diagnosis to the target, and receiving an ultrasound echo signal reflected from the target in order to form a reception signal; a storage unit for storing the reception signal; and a control unit for confirming whether a temperature change at the specific region in the target is detected on the basis of the reception signal, determining whether the changed temperature reaches a predetermined target temperature if the temperature change is detected on the basis of a confirmation result, and controlling the ultrasound generating unit to stop transmitting the high-intensity ultrasound on the basis of a determination result. According to an embodiment of the present invention, by measuring a temperature of a tissue corresponding to a specific region of a target at high speed during a high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment, the position and degree of a surgical procedure may be confirmed in order to make the surgical procedure accurate.
(FR)Selon un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'ultrasons focalisés de haute intensité, à l'aide d'un changement de fréquence, et un dispositif de traitement par ultrasons focalisés de haute intensité correspondant. Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention porte sur un dispositif de traitement par ultrasons focalisés de haut intensité comprenant : une unité de génération d'ultrasons pour émettre des ultrasons de haute intensité vers une région précise d'une cible; une unité d'émission-réception pour émettre des ultrasons de diagnostic vers la cible, et recevoir un signal d'écho ultrasonore réfléchi par la cible de façon à former un signal de réception; une unité de stockage pour stocker le signal de réception; une unité de commande pour confirmer si un changement de température au niveau de la région précise dans la cible est détecté ou non sur la base du signal de réception, pour déterminer si la température changée atteint ou non une température cible prédéterminée si le changement de température est détecté sur la base d'un résultat de confirmation, et pour commander l'unité de génération d'ultrasons pour arrêter d'émettre les ultrasons de haute intensité sur la base d'un résultat de détermination. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, par mesure de la température d'un tissu correspondant à une région précise d'une cible à grande vitesse pendant un traitement par ultrasons focalisés de haute intensité, la position et le degré d'une intervention chirurgicale peuvent être confirmés de façon à rendre l'intervention chirurgicale précise.
(KO)본 발명의 일 실시예는 주파수 변화를 이용한 고강도 집속 초음파 제어 방법과 그를 위한 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 상체의 특정 영역으로 고강도 초음파를 송신하는 초음파 발생부; 상기 대상체로 진단용 초음파를 송신하고 상기 대상체로부터 반사되는 초음파 에코 신호를 수신하여 수신 신호를 형성하도록 동작하는 송수신부; 상기 수신 신호를 저장하는 저장부; 및 상기 수신 신호에 근거하여 상기 대상체에 포함된 상기 특정 영역의 온도 변화가 감지되는지의 여부를 확인하고, 확인 결과 온도 변화가 감지되는 경우, 상기 변화된 온도가 기 설정된 목표 온도에 도달하는 지의 여부를 판별하고, 판별 결과에 근거하여 상기 초음파 발생부로 하여금 상기 고강도 초음파의 송신이 중단되도록 하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 시 대상체의 특정 영역에 해당하는 생체 조직의 온도를 고속으로 측정하여 정확한 시술이 가능하도록 시술 위치 및 시술 정도를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
