Provided is an illumination device that is able to suppress the occurrence of brightness unevenness in an illuminated member. The backlight device (illumination device) (3) is provided with: a plurality of LED packages (4); and a plurality of lens members (6) that are provided respectively corresponding to the plurality of LED packages and that increase the divergence angle of the light radiated from the LED packages. The lens members are disposed in a manner so as to be oblique with respect to the LED packages.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'éclairage qui peut supprimer l'apparition d'une irrégularité de luminosité dans un élément éclairé. Le dispositif d'éclairage par l'arrière (dispositif d'éclairage) (3) est pourvu : d'une pluralité d'ensembles diodes électroluminescentes (4) ; d'une pluralité d'éléments de lentille (6) qui sont disposés, respectivement, en correspondance avec la pluralité d'ensemble diodes électroluminescentes et qui augmentent l'angle de divergence de la lumière rayonnée par les ensembles diodes électroluminescentes. Les éléments de lentille sont disposés de manière à être en oblique par rapport aux ensembles diodes électroluminescentes.
