Verfahren zur Herstellung von Übergangsmetallcarbonaten mit einem mittleren Partikeldurchmesser im Bereich von 6 bis 19 μm (D50), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in einem Rührgefäß mindestens eine Lösung von mindestens einem Übergangsmetallsalz mit mindestens einer Lösung von mindestens einem Alkalimetallcarbonat oder Alkalimetallhydrogencarbonat vereint und dadurch eine wässrige Suspension von Übergangsmetallcarbonat herstellt, und dass man in mindestens einem weiteren Kompartiment kontinuierlich jeweils in einem Anteil der Suspension eine mechanische Leistung im Bereich von 50 bis 10.000 W/l einbringt, bezogen auf den Anteil der Suspension, und danach den Anteil in das Rührgefäß rückführt.

The invention relates to a method for producing transition metal carbonates having an average particle diameter in the range from 6 to 19 μm (D50), characterized in that at least one solution of at least one transition metal salt is combined with at least one solution of at least one alkali metal carbonate or alkali metal hydrogen carbonate in a stirring vessel, whereby an aqueous suspension of transition metal carbonate is produced. The invention is also characterized in that, in at least one further compartment, a mechanical power in the range from 50 to 10000 W/I is continuously applied to a fraction of the suspension, with respect to the fraction of the suspension, and that the fraction is subsequently fed back into the stirring vessel.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de carbonates de métaux de transition présentant un diamètre moyen de particules compris entre 6 et 19 μm (D50). Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à combiner dans un bac à agitation au moins une solution d'au moins un sel de métal de transition avec au moins une solution d'au moins un carbonate de métal alcalin ou un hydrogénocarbonate de métal alcalin et à préparer ainsi une suspension aqueuse de carbonate de métal de transition, et en ce qu'il consiste à appliquer dans au moins un autre compartiment en continu dans une fraction de la suspension une puissance mécanique dans une plage de 50 à 10.000 W/l, par rapport à la fraction de la suspension, ladite fraction étant ensuite réacheminée dans le bac à agitation.
