Title: ANTI-VIBRATION DEVICE
Abstract:
This anti-vibration device is designed to be compact and sufficiently durable without an increase in the number of components. Specifically, anti-vibration rubber (10) is configured from inner cylinders (4), an outer ring (6), and rubber-like elastic bodies (8). The outer ring (6) is arranged on the outside of the inner cylinders (4). The outer ring (6) is mounted on a frame-side member (5). End plates (7) are provided to outer ends of the inner cylinders (4). The rubber-like elastic bodies (8) are arranged between the inner cylinders (4), the outer ring (6), and the end plates (7). The anti-vibration rubber (10) is provided on both end sides of the frame-side member (5). A guide member (9) is interposed and integrated between both inner cylinders (4). The inner cylinders (4) are mounted on an engine-side bracket (3). The guide member (9) faces the outer ring (6) in the radial direction and guides the inner cylinders (4) in the up/down direction. Damage to the rubber-like elastic bodies (8) due to displacement in the horizontal direction is prevented while an engine (2) is elastically supported and vibration is minimized.
