(EN)The present invention relates to a light-emitting device having a significantly enhanced light-emitting efficiency, by expanding the coating area of a fluorescent body being coated on a light-emitting diode, and placing the coating location close to an active layer (SQW or MQW). The method for manufacturing a light-emitting device of the present invention comprises a step for forming a concavo-convex portion on one surface of the light-emitting diode by forming the concavo-convex portion on the surface of a substrate, and forming consecutively on the substrate a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer so that the shape of the concavo-convex portion is maintained; and a step for coating the fluorescent body on the concave portion of the concavo-convex portion formed on the light-emitting diode so as to be inserted thereby.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent présentant une efficacité électroluminescente considérablement améliorée, par l'augmentation de la superficie de revêtement d'un corps fluorescent revêtu sur une diode électroluminescente, et le placement du lieu de revêtement à proximité d'une couche active (puits quantique simple ou puits quantique multiple). Le procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électroluminescent de la présente invention comprend une étape de formation d'une partie concavo-convexe sur une surface de la diode électroluminescente par formation de la partie concavo-convexe sur la surface d'un substrat, et la formation consécutive sur le substrat d'une première couche semi-conductrice, d'une couche active et d'une seconde couche semi-conductrice, de sorte que la forme de la partie concavo-convexe soit conservée ; et une étape consistant à revêtir le corps fluorescent sur la partie concave de la partie concavo-convexe formée sur la diode électroluminescente, de manière à ce qu'il puisse être inséré par ce moyen.
