In the present invention, the above aim is achievable by providing the embolisation coil which is retained in the body of the present invention, wherein: a plurality of unit spiral coils constituted by a first coil formed from a wire wound into a spiral shape are formed into a polygonal first coil in such a way as to have a polygonal shape that has a plurality of corners, and a heat treatment is carried out in order to memorise the shape, and a polygonal second coil is formed that forms a spiral shape in the same way as hitherto from the polygonal first coil, and a heat treatment is carried out in order to memorise this spiral shape.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une spirale d'embolisation qui est retenue dans le corps, et, dans la présente invention, la spirale d'embolisation est insérée le long d'un vaisseau sanguin en tournant, en étant insérée le long de l'intérieur des vaisseaux sanguins tout en tournant en spirale le long de l'intérieur non seulement des vaisseaux sanguins rectilignes mais également des vaisseaux sanguins courbés de sorte que la spirale d'embolisation puisse être aisément et efficacement retenue. Dans la présente invention, l'objectif ci-dessus peut être réalisé en produisant la spirale d'embolisation qui est retenue dans le corps de la présente invention, où : une pluralité de spirales unitaires constituées par une première spirale formée à partir d'un fil enroulé en forme de spirale sont formées en une première spirale polygonale de manière à avoir une forme polygonale qui a une pluralité de coins, et un traitement thermique est effectué afin de mémoriser la forme, et une deuxième spirale polygonale est formée en forme de spirale de la même façon que celle décrite ci-dessus à partir de la première spirale polygonale, et un traitement thermique est effectué afin de mémoriser cette forme de spirale.
(KO)본 발명은 색전형성용 체내 유치 코일에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에서는 색전형성용 코일이 혈관을 따라 틀어지면서 내 삽입되도록 하여 일직선의 혈관은 물론이고, 굴곡진 혈관에서도 그 내부를 따라 나선방향으로 틀어지면서 혈관의 내부를 따라 내삽입되도록 하여 용이하고 효과적으로 색전형성용 코일을 유치할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에서는 와이어로 나선상으로 감아서 형성되는 1차 코일이 구성하는 다수개의 단위 나선 코일을 다수개의 모서리부를 갖는 다각형의 형상을 갖도록 다각형 1차 코일로 형성하여 그 형상을 기억하도록 열처리 하고, 상기 다각형 1차 코일로 종래와 같이 나선상으로 형성하는 다각형 2차 코일을 형성하여 이 나선형상을 기억하도록 열처리한 본 발명의 색전형성용 체내 유치 코일을 제공함으로서 가능하게 되었다.
