(EN)Provided is a food containing milk ceramide that solves the problems of sedimentation and non-uniformity within the food. Also provided is a process for producing the food. Milk ceramide is transformed into a paste and added to a food. In this manner, it becomes possible to add 0.3-10.0% of milk ceramide to a food homogeneously without causing precipitation. Thus, a food can be provided, which contains milk ceramide homogeneously in such an amount that cannot be achieved by conventional techniques without causing sedimentation.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un aliment contenant une concentration élevée de céramides de lait qui ne sont pas amenés à précipiter ni à se répartir de façon hétérogène dans ledit aliment, ainsi qu'un procédé de production dudit aliment. Les céramides de lait sont transformés en une pâte, puis ajoutés à un aliment. Ainsi, il s'avère possible d'ajouter de 0,3 à 10,0 % de céramides de lait à un aliment de façon homogène sans provoquer de précipitation. Il est de la sorte possible de fabriquer un aliment, contenant une quantité de céramides de lait, homogènement répartis, impossible à ajouter sans provoquer de précipitation dans le cadre des techniques traditionnelles.
(JA) 沈殿や食品内での不均一性を解消したミルクセラミドを高含有する食品及びその製造方法を提供する。 ミルクセラミドをペースト状にした後に食品に配合することで、沈殿を発生させること無く均一にミルクセラミドを食品に0.3%~10.0%添加することが可能となる。これにより従来含有させることができなかった量のミルクセラミドを、沈殿を発生させること無く、均一に含有した食品類を提供することができる。
