(EN)Provided is an electroacoustic transducer equipped with: an oscillating device (10) which outputs acoustic waves (30) from a first vibratile surface, and which outputs acoustic waves (32) of an opposite phase of the acoustic waves (30) from a second vibratile surface on the reverse surface from the first vibratile surface; a waveguide (40) which is provided upon the first vibratile surface and which has an open end (46); a waveguide (50) which is provided upon the second vibratile surface and which has an open end (56) facing the same direction as the open end (46); and an acoustic wave filter (80) provided upon the waveguide (50) for attenuating the acoustic waves (32).
