Abstract:
(DE) Gegenstand der Anmeldung ist ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung einer korrosionshemmenden Diffusionsschicht (7) in der oberflächennahen Randzone eines aus einem Metall oder einer metallischen Legierung bestehenden Substrats (1), wobei eine innere metallhaltige Schicht auf die Oberfläche des Substrats (1) aufgebracht wird und wobei das mit der Schicht versehene Substrat (1) einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen wird. Um zu verhindern, dass das Metall der inneren Schicht während der Wärmbehandlung mit atmosphärischem Sauerstoff reagiert, wird auf die innere Schicht noch eine äußere Schicht aufgebracht, die der Absenkung des Sauerstoffpartialdrucks in der inneren Schicht dient, wodurch die innere Schicht und das Substrat (1) während der Wärmebehandlung in einer Sauerstoff enthaltenden Atmosphäre vor Oxidation geschützt werden. Es bildet sich daher eine gleichmäßige korrosionshemmende Diffusionsschicht (7) in der oberflächennahen Randzone des Substrats (1) aus.
(EN) The subject matter of the application is a method for producing a corrosion-inhibiting diffusion layer (7) in the peripheral zone, close to the surface, of a substrate (1) that consists of a metal or a metal alloy, wherein an inner metal-containing layer is applied to the surface of the substrate (1) and wherein the substrate (1) provided with the layer is subjected to a heat treatment. In order to prevent the metal in the inner layer from reacting with atmospheric oxygen during the heat treatment, an outer layer, which serves to lower the oxygen partial pressure in the inner layer, is applied to the inner layer, as a result of which the inner layer and the substrate (1) are protected against oxidation during the heat treatment in an oxygen-containing atmosphere. A uniform corrosion-inhibiting diffusion layer (7) is thus formed in the peripheral zone, close to the surface, of the substrate (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une couche de diffusion (7) anticorrosion dans la zone marginale proche de la surface d'un substrat (1) composé d'un métal ou d'un alliage métallique, consistant à appliquer une couche intérieure contenant un métal sur la surface du substrat (1) et à soumettre le substrat (1) doté de la couche à un traitement thermique. Afin d'éviter que le métal de la couche intérieure ne réagisse avec l'oxygène atmosphérique pendant le traitement thermique, on applique sur la couche intérieure une couche extérieure destinée à abaisser la pression partielle de l'oxygène dans la couche intérieure de telle manière que la couche intérieure et le substrat (1) sont protégés contre l'oxydation pendant le traitement thermique dans une atmosphère contenant de l'oxygène. Il se forme ainsi une couche de diffusion (7) anticorrosion homogène dans la zone marginale proche de la surface du substrat (1).
