Abstract

A method of scheduling and forwarding data messages to a plurality of relay stations (RS) from a base station (BS) in mesh topology in uplink and downlink direction is provided, the method includes the steps of detecting a neighboring RS by sending a measurement request message, broadcasting the neighboring RS information to a plurality of RS within radio range, checking packet destination for a plurality of RS, performing path calculation for a designated RS based on a shortest path calculation and forwarding traffic to RS from the BS.

La présente invention porte sur un procédé d'ordonnancement et de transmission de messages de données à une pluralité de stations relais (RS) à partir d'une station de base (BS) dans une topologie maillée dans une direction en liaison montante et en liaison descendante, le procédé comprenant les opérations suivantes : la détection d'une RS voisine par l'envoi d'un message de demande de mesure, la diffusion des informations de RS voisine à une pluralité de RS à portée radio, la vérification d'une destination de paquets pour une pluralité de RS, l'exécution d'un calcul de trajet pour une RS désignée basé sur un calcul de trajet le plus court et le transfert du trafic à la RS à partir de la station de base.
