An audio control device comprises: a status distinguishing unit which distinguishes the status of the surroundings when acquiring audio; and a control unit which, in response to audio which is acquired by an audio acquisition unit, applies either an automatic level control which automatically controls gain such that audio levels are constant, or a fixed gain control which fixes gain at a constant value, on the basis of the result of the distinction by the status distinquishing unit.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de commande audio comprenant : une unité de distinction d'état qui distingue l'état de l'environnement lors de l'acquisition d'un signal audio ; et une unité de commande qui, en réponse au signal audio qui est acquis par une unité d'acquisition de signal audio, applique soit une commande de niveau automatique qui commande automatiquement un gain de sorte que les niveaux audio soient constants, soit une commande de gain fixe qui fixe un gain à une valeur constante, sur la base du résultat de la distinction par l'unité de distinction d'état.
