A chromatography analysis device (1) that detects the density of an analysis object on a specimen (9) comprises the following: a light source (2); an irradiation optical system (3) that guides light projected from the light source (2) to the specimen (9) and projects irradiation light (S) to the specimen (9); a line sensor (4) disposed extending in a specific longitudinal direction (Y) that performs photoelectric conversion; a detection optical system (5) that guides object-of-detection light (T) originating from the irradiation light (S) and occurring at the specimen (9); a scanning device (6) that scans the specimen (9) as a scanning object in a scanning direction (X); and a control unit (7) that specifies the density of an analysis object on the basis of the output signal from the line sensor (4). The scanning direction (X) intersects the longitudinal direction (Y). The present invention is characterized in that the longitudinal direction (Y), the central axis of the irradiation light (S), and the central axis of object-of-detection light (T) all exist on the same plane.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'analyse par chromatographie (1) qui détecte la densité d'un objet d'analyse présent sur une préparation (9). Ce dispositif comprend une source de lumière (2), un système optique d'éclairage (3), un détecteur linéaire (4), un système optique de détection (5), un dispositif de balayage (6), et un contrôleur (7). Le système optique d'éclairage (3) guide jusqu'à la préparation la lumière projetée par la source de lumière (2), et projette sur la préparation la lumière d'éclairage (S). Le détecteur linéaire (4), qui se présente selon un axe longitudinal spécifique (Y), exécute la conversion photoélectrique. Le système optique de détection (5) guide la lumière de l'objet de détection (T) provenant de la lumière d'éclairage (S) et se produisant au niveau de la préparation (3). Le dispositif de balayage (6) fait effectuer à la préparation (9), constituant l'objet à examiner par balayage, un balayage selon un axe de balayage (X). Enfin, le contrôleur spécifie la densité d'un objet d'analyse sur la base du signal de sortie provenant du détecteur linéaire (4). L'axe de balayage (X) coupe l'axe longitudinal (Y). La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que l'axe longitudinal (Y), l'axe central de la lumière d'éclairage (S), et l'axe central de la lumière de l'objet de détection (T), se situent tous dans le même plan.
