Abstract

The invention relates to a lighting device and a method of manufacturing such a lighting device. The lighting device (1) comprises a first light emitting element (101) being optically coupled to a light guide (110) having an out-coupling surface (111) for illumination via the light guide. Further, the lighting device comprises a second light emitting element (102) dedicated for direct illumination from the lighting device. The invention is advantageous in that the lighting device provides both a decorative look and a functional illumination, and is still energy-efficient since the light emitted from the second light emitting element is directly emitted from the light emitting element without unnecessary energy-loss.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage et un procédé de fabrication de ce dispositif d'éclairage. Le dispositif d'éclairage (1) comprend un premier élément émetteur de lumière (101) couplé optiquement à un guide de lumière (110) possédant une surface de couplage externe (111) en vue de l'éclairage via le guide de lumière. Le dispositif d'éclairage comprend en outre un second élément émetteur de lumière (102) dédié à l'éclairage direct depuis le dispositif d'éclairage. L'invention est avantageuse en ce que le dispositif d'éclairage présente un aspect décoratif et offre un éclairage fonctionnel, et en ce qu'il reste efficace sur le plan énergétique étant donné que la lumière émise depuis le second élément émetteur de lumière est émise directement depuis l'élément émetteur de lumière sans perte d'énergie inutile.
