Auf einen mit einem Verschlusselement (4) verschlossenen und mit einer Flüssigkeit (2) gefüllten Behälter (3) ist eine Vorrichtung (1) aufgesetzt, mit deren Hilfe die Flüssigkeit entnommen werden kann. Diese Vorrichtung verfügt über ein Penetrationselement (6) mit einer Hohlnadel (9), das an einem Aufsatz (5) in einer Ruhelage (R) gehalten ist. Das Penetrationselement ist mit Führungsmitteln (7) am Aufsatz (5) gelagert, so dass es gegen das Verschlusselement (4) in eine Entnahmelage gepresst werden kann, in welcher die Hohlnadel (9) das Verschlusselement penetriert. Für den Druckausgleich im Behälter bei der Entnahme der Flüssigkeit ist wenigstens ein Belüftungskanal (10) vorgesehen, der vorzugsweise entlang der Hohlnadel (9) verläuft. Die aus der Atmosphäre angesaugte Luft gelangt über ein Filter (11) in den Belüftungskanal. Auf diese Weise wird eine Kontamination der Flüssigkeit verhindert und die Flüssigkeit kann ohne Gefahr einer Rückströmung entnommen werden.

A device (1) is placed upon a container (3) that is sealed by a sealing element (4) and filled with a liquid (2), the device allowing the liquid to be withdrawn. Said device is provided with a penetration element (6) with a hollow needle (9) that is held in an unused position (R) on a head section (5). The penetration element is held by guide elements (7) on the head section (5) in such a way that said element can be pressed against the sealing element (4) in a withdrawal position, in which the hollow needle (9) penetrates the sealing element. At least one aeration channel (10) is provided to equalize the pressure in the container during the withdrawal of the liquid, said channel running preferably along the hollow needle (9). The air that is sucked from the atmosphere enters the aeration channel via a filter (11). This prevents the contamination of the liquid and the latter can be withdrawn without the risk of a reverse flow.

Dispositif (1) qui est monté sur un récipient (3) fermé par un élément de fermeture (4) et rempli de liquide (2), et à l'aide duquel le liquide peut être prélevé. Ledit dispositif comporte un élément de perçage (6) pourvu d'une aiguille creuse (9), qui est retenu par un support (5) dans une position de repos (R). L'élément de perçage est fixé sur le support (5) à l'aide de moyens de guidage (7), si bien qu'il peut être poussé vers l'élément de fermeture (4) dans une position de prélèvement dans laquelle l'aiguille creuse (9) perce l'élément de fermeture. Un canal d'entrée d'air (10), qui s'étend de préférence le long de l'aiguille creuse (9), sert à compenser la pression dans le récipient lors du prélèvement de liquide. L'air ambiant prélevé pénètre dans le canal d'entrée d'air en traversant un filtre (11), ce qui permet d'éviter une contamination du liquide, et de prélever du liquide, sans risque de reflux de ce dernier.
