Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transport- und Montagevorrichtung (1) für einen oder mehrere vollrollige Sätze von zylindrischen Wälzkörpern (2, 3), welche im Wesentlichen aus einer äußeren Verpackungshülse (4) und einer koaxial zu dieser angeordneten inneren Verpackungshülse (5) besteht, zwischen denen die nebeneinander auf einem gemeinsamen Teilkreis angeordneten und sich an ihren Mantelflächen berührenden Wälzkörper (2, 3) angeordnet sind. Der Hohlraum (6) der inneren Verpackungshülse (5) ist dabei beidseitig mit tassenförmigen Hohlstopfen (7, 8) verschlossen, die in Klemmverbindung mit der inneren Verpackungshülse (5) stehen und zur axialen Lagefixierung der Wälzkörper (2, 3) den Außenmantel der inneren Verpackungshülse (5) überragende Randborde (9, 10) aufweisen. Erfindungsgemäß weist die äußere Verpackungshülse (4) im unbefüllten Zustand der Transport- und Montagevorrichtung (1) einen kleineren Innendurchmesser (DI) als der Durchmesser (DH) des Hüllkreises der zu befüllenden Wälzkörper (2, 3) auf und ist mit einer Elastizität ausgebildet, durch welche diese beim Befüllen der Transport- und Montagevorrichtung (1) mit den Wälzkörpern (2, 3) auf den Durchmesser (DH) des Hüllkreises der Wälzkörper (2, 3) aufweitbar ist, zugleich sämtliche Wälzkörper (2, 3) mit einer geringen Spannkraft in der Transport- und Montagevorrichtung (1) fixierbar sind und dieselbe bei der Montage der Wälzkörper (2, 3) an einer Lagersteüe leicht abstreifbar ist.

The invention relates to a transporting and mounting apparatus (1) for one or more full-roller sets of cylindrical rolling bodies (2, 3), said apparatus (1) consisting substantially of an outer packaging sleeve (4) and an inner packaging sleeve (5) arranged coaxially therewith, the rolling bodies (2, 3), which are arranged alongside one another on a common pitch circle and the lateral surfaces of which are in contact with one another, being arranged between said sleeves. The cavity (6) in the inner packaging sleeve (5) is in this case closed on both sides by cup-like hollow stoppers (7, 8) which are in clamping connection with the inner packaging sleeve (5) and have peripheral rims (9, 10) projecting over the outer casing of the inner packaging sleeve (5) in order to fix the rolling bodies (2, 3) axially in position. According to the invention, in the unfilled state of the transporting and mounting apparatus (1), the outer packaging sleeve (4) has a smaller inside diameter (DI) than the diameter (DH) of the envelope circle of the rolling bodies (2, 3) to be filled, and is formed with elasticity, on account of which said packaging sleeve (4) can be expanded to the diameter (DH) of the envelope circle of the rolling bodies (2, 3) when the transporting and mounting apparatus (1) is being filled with the rolling bodies (2, 3), and at the same time all of the rolling bodies (2, 3) are fixable with a low clamping force in the transporting and mounting apparatus (1), and said packaging sleeve (4) can be stripped off easily when the rolling bodies (2, 3) are mounted at a bearing point.

L'invention porte sur un dispositif de transport et de montage (1) pour un ou plusieurs jeux complets de corps roulants cylindriques (2, 3), qui est essentiellement constitué par un manchon d'emballage extérieur (4) et un manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) disposé coaxialement au premier, entre lesquels sont disposés les corps roulants (2, 3) juxtaposés sur un cercle primitif commun et se touchant sur leurs surfaces périphériques. La cavité (6) du manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) est dans ce cas fermée des deux côtés par des bouchons creux (7, 8) en forme de tasse, qui sont en liaison serrée avec le manchon d'emballage intérieur (5) et qui présentent des rebords marginaux (9, 10) qui débordent au-delà de la paroi extérieure du manchon d'emballage intérieur (5), pour assurer la fixation en position axiale des corps roulants (2, 3). Selon l'invention, dans l'état non garni du dispositif de transport et de montage (1), le manchon d'emballage extérieur (4) présente un diamètre intérieur (DI) plus petit que le diamètre (DH) du cercle enveloppe des corps roulants (2, 3) qu'il s'agit de placer et il possède une élasticité grâce à laquelle ce manchon peut s'élargir lorsque l'on garnit le dispositif de transport et de montage (1) avec les corps roulants (2, 3) pour atteindre le diamètre (DH) du cercle enveloppe des corps roulants (2, 3), en même temps, tous les corps roulants (2, 3) peuvent être immobilisés dans le dispositif de transport et de montage (1) avec une faible force de serrage, et ce dernier dispositif peut être extrait facilement par un côté du palier lors du montage des corps roulants (2, 3).
