The objective of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic relay, wherein the number of parts and the number of assembly processes are few, dispersion in the operation characteristics thereof do not tend to be generated, and which has excellent current-supplying characteristic. In order to achieve this objective, the electromagnetic relay makes a plate-shaped pivoting piece (32), one end of which is supported in cantilever state, pivoted by a movable block (40), which reciprocates in the up-down direction on the basis of excitation and demagnetization of an electromagnet block (20) housed within a housing (10), and makes a movable contact (34) formed on the other end of the plate-shaped pivoting piece (32) make/break contact with an anchored contact (36) formed on the tip section of an anchored contact terminal (35). In particular, the one-end section of the plate-shaped pivoting piece (32) is supported pivotably in cantilever state by the upper end section of a movable contact terminal (31), with a support spring (33) comprising a conductive sheet spring material interposed therebetween.

L'invention concerne un relais électromagnétique dans lequel le faible nombre de pièces et de processus d'assemblage n'a pas tendance à générer une dispersion des caractéristiques opérationnelles et qui présente une excellente caractéristique d'alimentation en courant. Afin d'atteindre cet objectif, le relais électromagnétique de la présente invention fait qu'une pièce pivotante en forme de plaque (32), dont une extrémité est soutenue à l'état de porte-à-faux, pivote au moyen d'un blocage mobile (40), qui effectue un va-et-vient dans le sens haut/bas en fonction de l'excitation et de la démagnétisation d'un bloc d'électro-aimant (20) logé à l'intérieur d'un logement (10), et fait qu'un contact mobile (34) formé à l'autre extrémité de la pièce pivotante en forme de plaque (32) établisse/coupe un contact avec un contact ancré (36) formé sur la section d'embout d'une borne de contact ancré (35). En particulier, la section à embout unique de la pièce pivotante en forme de plaque (32) est soutenue de façon pivotante à l'état de porte-à-faux par la section d'extrémité supérieure d'une borne de contact mobile (31), avec un ressort de support (33) qui comprend un matériau de ressort à plaque conductrice interposé entre celles-ci.

 部品点数,組立工数が少なく、動作特性にバラツキが生じにくく、通電性に優れた電磁継電器を提供することにある。このため、ハウジング10内に収納した電磁石ブロック20の励磁,消磁に基づいて上下方向に往復移動する可動ブロック40で、一端部を片持ち支持された板状回動片32を回動し、前記板状回動片32の他端部に設けた可動接点34を固定接点端子35の先端部に設けた固定接点36に接離する電磁継電器である。特に、可動接点端子31の上端部に前記板状回動片32の一端部を、導電性薄板バネ材からなる支持バネ33を介し、回動可能に片持ち支持してある。
