Abstract

A structural arrangement for a diagnostic readout system and components designed as a module for industrial automation consists in a mechanism for verifying and completely identifying diagnostics directly in the UCP, a so-called OTD - One Touch Diag, which offers the user a quick way to access all system diagnostics, allowing fast detection of possible faults and reducing the time required for maintenance. Moreover, it makes access to diagnostics easier, having a more intuitive operation that requires no user training before use.

L'invention concerne un agencement structural pour système et composants de lecture de diagnostics, adapté en module pour automatisation, comprenant un mécanisme de vérification et d'identification complète du diagnostic, directement sur l'UCP, appelé OTD (One Touch Diag), offrant à l'utilisateur un moyen rapide d'accès à tous les diagnostics du système, et permettant une détection rapide d'une éventuelle défaillance, d'où une réduction du temps nécessaire pour la maintenance. En outre, l'invention permet de simplifier l'accès aux diagnostics, de manière que la fonctionnalité soit intuitive pour les utilisateurs, aucune formation n'étant requise pour une telle utilisation.

DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA APLICADA EM SISTEMA E COMPONENTES PARA LEITURA DE DIAGNÓSTICOS ADAPTADO EM MÓDULO PARA AUTOMAÇÃO, consistindo em um mecanismo para a verificação e completa identificação do diagnóstico diretamente na própria UCP, chamado de OTD - One Touch Diag, oferecendo a usuário uma forma rápida de acesso a todos os diagnósticos do sistema, permitindo uma rápida detecção de uma possível falha, resultando na redução do tempo necessário para manutenção. Ademais, possibilita a simplificação do acesso aos diagnósticos, de forma que a funcionalidade seja intuitiva aos usuários, não requerendo treinamento para tal uso.
