Abstract

To provide a method of manufacturing a porous glass in which the porosity decreases as a function of the distance from the surface in the direction of depth. A method of manufacturing a porous glass includes a step of bringing one or more than one ion species selected from silver ion, potassium ion and lithium ion into contact with a matrix glass containing borosilicate glass as main ingredient and heating the matrix glass to form a glass body having an ion concentration distribution with a concentration of the one or more than one ion species decreasing as a function of a distance from a surface in a direction of depth, a step of heating and phase-separating the glass body to form a phase-separated glass, and a step of etching the phase-separated glass to form a porous glass having a porosity decreasing as the function of the distance from the surface in the direction of depth.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un verre poreux, dans lequel la porosité diminue en fonction de la distance depuis la surface dans le sens de la profondeur. Un procédé de production d'un verre poreux comprend : une étape consistant à mettre en contact une ou plusieurs espèces d'ions ‑ sélectionnées parmi l'ion argent, l'ion potassium et l'ion lithium ‑ avec un verre matrice contenant du verre borosilicate en tant qu'ingrédient principal, et à chauffer ledit verre matrice pour former un corps de verre possédant une distribution de concentration en ions avec une concentration de l'espèce ou des espèces d'ions qui diminue en fonction d'une distance depuis une surface dans le sens de la profondeur ; une étape de chauffage et de séparation de phase du corps de verre pour former un verre à séparation de phases ; et une étape de gravure du verre à séparation de phases, pour former un verre poreux possédant une porosité qui décroit en fonction de la distance depuis la surface dans le sens de la profondeur.
