The present invention relates to an electrical outlet device which cuts off the standby power of peripheral devices (such as a printer, a monitor, a speaker, etc.) when the power of a computer is turned off or when the computer is switched to a power-saving mode. The present invention also relates to a method for controlling the electrical outlet device. A conventional monitor serving as a peripheral computer device turns off the screen thereof to reduce power consumption when a computer is switched to a power-saving mode, wherein the conventional monitor then consumes approximately 15W. The conventional monitor stops the functioning thereof and is switched to a standby state when the power of the computer is turned off, wherein the conventional monitor then generally consumes approximately 4W. In addition, a printer consumes approximately 4W of power all the time. According to the present invention, the power being supplied to the peripheral computer devices is cut off when a computer is switched to a power-saving mode or when the power of the computer is turned off, thereby achieving zero power consumption and zero standby power without pulling out plugs, and completely preventing power consumption in the electrical outlet device of the present invention. As a result, electric charges are reduced, and the excessive emission of CO2 caused by the unnecessary production of electric power is prevented to reduce environmental pollution.

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif de sortie électrique qui coupe l'alimentation de veille de dispositifs périphériques (tels qu'une imprimante, un écran, un haut-parleur, etc.) lorsque l'alimentation d'ordinateur est éteinte ou lorsque l'ordinateur est commuté dans un mode d'économie d'énergie. La présente invention porte également sur un procédé pour commander le dispositif de sortie électrique. Un moniteur classique servant de dispositif informatique périphérique éteint son écran pour réduire la consommation d'énergie lorsqu'un ordinateur est commuté dans un mode d'économie d'énergie, le moniteur classique consommant alors approximativement 15 W. Le moniteur classique arrête de fonctionnner et est commuté dans un mode de veille lorsque l'alimentation de l'ordinateur est éteinte, le moniteur classique consommant alors généralement approximativement 4 W. De plus, une imprimante consomme tout le temps approximativement 4 W de puissance. Selon la présente invention, l'alimentation qui est fournie aux dispositifs informatiques périphériques est coupée lorsqu'un ordinateur est commuté dans un mode d'économie d'énergie ou lorsque l'alimentation de l'ordinateur est éteinte, permettant ainsi d'obtenir une consommation nulle d'énergie et une puissance nulle de veille sans extraire les fiches, et empêchant totalement la consommation d'énergie dans le dispositif de sortie électrique de la présente invention. Par conséquent, les charges électriques sont réduites et l'émission excessive de CO2 provoquée par la production inutile d'énergie électrique est empêchée, pour réduire la pollution de l'environnement.

본 발명은 컴퓨터의 전원이 '오프'되거나 절전모드 시 주변 기기( 프린터 모니터, 스피커 등)의 대기전력을 차단하는 콘센트장치 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 컴퓨터주변기기는 컴퓨터가 절전모드가 되면 절전을 위해 모니터의 화면을 꺼서 소비전력을 줄여 약 15W 정도가 소비되고 컴퓨터가 전원 '오프' 되면 모니터의 기능을 정지하고 대기상태가 되는데 이때 소비되는 대기전력은 통상 4W정도 낭비된다. 또한 프린터는 항상 4W정도 전력이 소모되고 있다. 본 발명은 컴퓨터의 절전모드시나 전원 '오프'시 컴퓨터 주변기기의 전원을 차단하여 낭비되는 소비전력과 낭비되는 대기전력을 플러그를 빼지 않고도 제로로 하고 콘세트 자체 소비전력도 완전히 차단하여 전기요금을 줄이고 불필요한 전력생산으로 발생되는 CO2의 과다 배출을 억제하여 환경 오염을 줄일 수 있도록 한다.
