Disclosed are a planar small electrode sensor for skin impedance measurement and a system using the same. The sensor include: a semiconductor substrate; an insulating layer formed on the substrate; and at least one pair of electrodes which are symmetrically formed on the insulating layer with respect to a vertical central line of the insulating layer, where the at least one pair of electrodes includes a reference electrode and a measuring electrode. By measuring absolute values and phases of skin impedances at different frequencies, it is possible to find acupuncture points easily as well as provide high reliability and precision in research and investigation of skin biological active points (BAPs) (acupuncture points) of skin.

L'invention concerne un petit capteur plan à électrode servant à mesurer l'impédance de la peau et un système l'utilisant qui comprend : un substrat semi-conducteur, une couche isolante formée sur le substrat ; et au moins une paire d'électrodes qui sont formées symétriquement sur la couche isolante par rapport à une ligne médiane verticale de la couche isolante, la ou les paire(s) d'électrodes comprenant une électrode de référence et une électrode de mesure. En mesurant les valeurs et phases absolues des impédances de la peau à des fréquences différentes, on peut facilement trouver des points d'acuponcture et obtenir un niveau élevé de fiabilité et de précision dans la recherche et investigation de points biologiques actifs (BAP) (Points d'acuponcture) au niveau de la peau.
