Abstract

The present invention relates to a novel gadolinium chelate of cyclic structure containing ferrocene and more specifically to a new MRI contrast agent containing DTPA-bis(amide)-ferrocene having the structure of chemical formula 1 or derivative compounds thereof as a ligand. According to the invention, DTPA-bis(amide)-ferrocene or derivative compounds thereof can be prepared and a cyclic gadolinium complex can be prepared using said compounds. An MR (Magnetic Resonance) angiographic contrast agent containing the gadolinium complex that is prepared according to the invention as an active ingredient has a high magnetic relaxation rate in blood in addition to thermodynamic and kinetic stabilities when compared to other contrast agents currently in use, thereby enabling application as a more stable MR angiographic contrast agent capable of angiography.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau chélate de gadolinium de structure cyclique contenant du ferrocène et, de façon plus spécifique, un nouvel agent de contraste d'imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM) contenant du DTPA-bis(amide)-ferrocène ayant la structure de la formule chimique 1 ou des composés dérivés de celui-ci comme ligand. Selon l'invention, le DTPA-bis(amide)-ferrocène ou des composés dérivés de celui-ci peuvent être préparés et un complexe de gadolinium cyclique peut être préparé à l'aide desdits composés. Un agent de contraste d'angiographie par RM (Résonance Magnétique) contenant le complexe de gadolinium qui est préparé selon l'invention en tant qu'ingrédient actif a une vitesse élevée de relaxation magnétique dans le sang en plus de stabilités thermodynamique et cinétique par comparaison avec d'autres agents de contraste actuellement en utilisation, permettant par là une application en tant qu'agent de contraste d'angiographie par RM plus stable, apte à l'angiographie.

본 발명은 페로센을 포함하는 고리형 구조의 새로운 가돌리늄 킬레이트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 DTPA-bis(amide)-페로센 또는 그 유도체 화합물을 리간드로 포함하는 새로운 MRI 조영제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 DTPA-bis(amide)-페로센 또는 그 유도체 화합물을 제조할 수 있으며, 상기 화합물을 이용하여 고리형의 가돌리늄 착물을 제조할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 가돌리늄 착물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 자기공명혈관 조영제는 현재 사용화되어 있는 다른 조영제보다 열역학적, 속도론적 안정성면에서 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 혈액 내에서 자기이완율이 뛰어나므로 보다 안정적이며, 혈관조영이 가능한 MR 혈관 조영제로서의 응용이 가능하다.
