The present invention increases image quality and expands the imaging range in radiation phase imaging. An X-ray image detection device (12) is provided with: a first lattice (31); a lattice pattern (32) that has a cycle that essentially matches the pattern cycle of a radiological image formed by means of radiation that has passed through the first lattice; and a radiograph detector (30) that detects the radiological image masked by the lattice pattern. The first lattice contains a plurality of lattice parts (31A) arrayed in a plane that intersects with the direction of progress of the radiation that passes through the first lattice, and the connection section that connects adjacent lattice parts (31A) to each other is formed from a radiation shielding body. Also, in the image data acquired by the radiograph detector, the data of each pixel (40) belonging to a defective region projected by the connection section are complemented by data of pixels (40) belonging to the region that excludes the defective region and that is at the periphery of the pixels (40) of the defective region.

La présente invention permet d'augmenter la qualité d'image et étend la gamme d'imagerie en imagerie de phase par rayonnement. Elle concerne un dispositif de détection d'image aux rayons X (12) muni de : un premier réseau (31) ; un motif de réseau (32) qui a un cycle qui correspond essentiellement au cycle du motif d'une image radiologique formée au moyen d'un rayonnement qui a traversé le premier réseau ; et un détecteur de radiographe (30) qui détecte l'image radiologique masquée par le motif de réseau. Le premier réseau contient une pluralité de parties de réseau (31A) arrangées en réseau dans un plan qui coupe la direction du trajet du rayonnement qui traverse le premier réseau, et la section de connexion qui connecte les parties de réseau adjacentes (31A) les unes aux autres est formée dans un corps qui fait écran au rayonnement. En outre, dans les données d'image acquises par le détecteur de radiographe, les données de chaque pixel (40) appartenant à une région déficiente projetée par la section de connexion sont complétés par des données de pixels (40) appartenant à la région qui exclut la région déficiente et qui est à la périphérie des pixels (40) de la région déficiente.
