Provided is a method for manufacturing a liquid-crystal display element wherein a pressure-sensitive adhesive between laminated sheets does not protrude therefrom (is not exposed). In said method, in which a liquid-crystal display element is formed by sequentially laminating two or more sheets to a liquid-crystal panel, with respect to two or more sheets laminated to one surface of said liquid-crystal panel, the widths of optical films wound around two or more continuous rolls and the cutting spacing in a cutting sub-step are set such that each of the four sides of the next sheet to be laminated is shorter than the corresponding side of the sheet laminated immediately therebefore.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément d'écran à cristaux liquides dans lequel un adhésif sensible à la pression positionné entre des feuilles laminées n'en dépasse pas (n'est pas exposé). Dans ledit procédé, dans lequel un élément d'écran à cristaux liquides est formé en laminant séquentiellement au moins deux feuilles sur un panneau de cristaux liquides, les largeurs des films optiques enroulés autour d'au moins deux rouleaux continus et l'espace de découpe utilisé dans une sous-étape de découpe sont réglés par rapport auxdites feuilles laminées sur une surface dudit panneau de cristaux liquides de telle sorte que chacun des quatre côtés de la feuille suivante à laminer est plus court que le côté correspondant de la feuille laminée juste avant.

積層されるシート片間の粘着剤のはみ出し(露出)を生じないようにした液晶表示素子の製造方法を提供する。2以上のシート片を、シート片ごとに順番に液晶パネル側に積層して液晶表示素子を形成する液晶表示素子の製造方法であって、前記液晶パネルの一方面に積層される2以上のシート片において、次に積層されるシート片の4つの辺のそれぞれが、直前に積層されたシート片の4つの辺の内、積層状態で対応する辺より小さくなるように、前記2以上の連続ロールに巻回されている光学フィルムのフィルム幅が設定され、および前記切断サブステップにおける前記切断間隔が設定される。
