A method for producing nylon salt powder characterized in that, when producing nylon salt powder by means of the reaction of dicarboxylic acid powder, the content of water is 5 mass % or less in relation to the total amount of the dicarboxylic acid powder and diamine, the dicarboxylic acid powder is pre-heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of diamine and equal to or lower than the melting point of dicarboxylic acid, and diamine is added to the dicarboxylic acid powder while maintaining the powder form of the dicarboxylic acid and the aforementioned heating temperature.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production de poudre de sel de Nylon caractérisé en ce que, quand on produit de la poudre de sel de Nylon au moyen de la réaction de poudre d'acide dicarboxylique, la teneur en eau est de 5% en masse ou moins par rapport à la quantité totale de la poudre d'acide dicarboxylique et de diamine, la poudre d'acide dicarboxylique est préchauffée à une température égale ou supérieure au point de fusion de la diamine et égale ou inférieure au point de fusion de l'acide dicarboxylique, et la diamine est ajoutée à la poudre d'acide dicarboxylique tout en maintenant la forme de poudre de l'acide dicarboxylique et la température de chauffage susmentionnée.

 ジカルボン酸粉末を反応させてナイロン塩粉末を製造するに際し、水の含有量をジカルボン酸粉末とジアミンの合計量に対して5質量%以下とし、ジカルボン酸粉末を予めジアミンの融点以上かつジカルボン酸の融点以下の温度に加熱し、この加熱温度を維持しながら、ジカルボン酸の粉末の状態を保つようにジアミンをジカルボン酸粉末に添加することを特徴とするナイロン塩粉末の製造方法である。
