Provided is a multilayer ceramic capacitor which does not easily suffer from delamination or cracks and is capable of maintaining high electrostatic capacitance. A multilayer ceramic capacitor (11) is provided with a laminate (12) which comprises a plurality of laminated ceramic layers (13) and internal electrodes (14, 15) that are respectively disposed between two ceramic layers (13). A plurality of columnar members (22, 23), which are formed from a ceramic, are formed in the internal electrodes (14, 15). The columnar members (22, 23) protrude from the interfaces (20, 21) between the ceramic layers (13) and the internal electrodes (14, 15) into the internal electrodes (14, 15), but do not penetrate the internal electrodes (14, 15) in the thickness direction thereof.

L'invention concerne un condensateur céramique multi-couches qui ne subit pas facilement de délaminage ou de formation de fissures et est apte à conserver une capacitance électrostatique élevée. Un condensateur céramique multi-couches (11) comporte un stratifié (12) qui comprend une pluralité de couches céramiques stratifiées (13) et des électrodes internes (14, 15) qui sont chacune disposées entre deux couches céramiques (13). Plusieurs éléments colonnaires (22, 23), qui sont formés à partir d'une céramique, sont formés dans les électrodes internes (14, 15). Les éléments colonnaires (22, 23) font saillie à partir des interfaces (20, 21) entre les couches céramiques (13) et les électrodes internes (14, 15) dans les électrodes internes (14, 15), mais ne pénètrent pas dans les électrodes internes (14, 15) dans la direction de l'épaisseur de celles-ci.
