Disclosed is a base station that performs wireless communication with a mobile device, which has: an index calculating unit, which calculates an index that indicates interference in a frequency band to be used by other base stations; a frequency band selecting unit, which selects a frequency band wherein interference is at a predetermined threshold or less, on the basis of the index calculated by means of the index calculating unit; and a communicating unit, which performs wireless communication with the mobile device in the frequency band selected by means of the frequency band selecting unit.

L'invention porte sur une station de base qui effectue une communication sans fil avec un dispositif mobile, laquelle station de base comprend : une unité de calcul d'indice, qui calcule un indice qui indique un brouillage dans une bande de fréquence devant être utilisée par d'autres stations de base; une unité de sélection de bande de fréquence, qui sélectionne une bande de fréquence dans laquelle le brouillage est à un seuil prédéterminé ou moins, sur la base de l'indice calculé au moyen de l'unité de calcul d'indice; et une unité de communication, qui effectue une communication sans fil avec le dispositif mobile dans la bande de fréquence sélectionnée au moyen de l'unité de sélection de bande de fréquence.

 移動機と無線通信を行う基地局は、他の基地局により使用されるべき周波数帯における干渉を表す指標を算出する指標算出部と、該指標算出部により算出された指標に基づいて、干渉が所定の閾値以下となる周波数帯域を選択する周波数帯域選択部と、該周波数帯域選択部により選択された周波数帯域で、移動機との間で無線通信を行う通信部とを有する。
